Sections are switched on as needed, not all at once
A company rarely starts with the full loop. Usually one thing hurts: profit is invisible, requests get lost, stock is a mess. That is where it starts — the section that closes this pain is switched on, and the rest wait their turn.
Adding a section later does not require redoing what already works: the data sits in one database, and a new section sees it right away. Moving from “we switched on tasks” to “we run finance” is not a second implementation.
Why the sections are connected rather than merely adjacent
The difference from a set of separate programs is that a document created in one section changes the others by itself. A shipment writes the goods off, recognises their cost and creates the customer's debt. A payment closes the debt and moves the money. There is no separate “enter it into the books” step afterwards.
The practical result: the profit report and the stock balances cannot drift apart, because both are assembled from the same posted documents rather than from two different spreadsheets.
What if your process is not the typical one
That is what the client module is for. The specifics of a business go into it and live next to the standard sections without holding back their updates. It is not a fork and not a patch on someone else's code: updates keep arriving, and your logic stays yours.
Everything a person does in the interface is also available through the open API, and an MCP server runs on top of it: a compatible AI agent receives the system's tools with the rights of the signed-in employee.
