These Terms govern the use of erp.akeda.ru, its public pages, the voice assistant and Akeda ERP (the “Service”). The rights holder and operator is:

By using the Service you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms.
Not a public offer#
The site is for information and is not a public offer. Features, users, term, price, support and availability are set by a contract, order or plan agreed with the customer. If a signed contract differs from these Terms, the contract prevails.
Access#
Workspace access is given to users invited by the customer or by AKEDA LLC. Users provide accurate details, keep their credentials private and report any suspected compromise immediately. Access may be restricted to protect the Service and data or to comply with law or contract.
Acceptable use#
- use the Service lawfully and in good faith;
- do not bypass access controls, obtain others’ data or disrupt the Service;
- do not upload malware, spam or content you have no right to share;
- keep your details up to date.
Integrations and AI agents#
Banks, marketplaces, calendars, e-document operators, AI agents and other services can be connected. By connecting one, the user confirms they may grant that access and accepts that service’s rules. An AI agent acts within the roles and rights of the user it is connected for. AKEDA LLC is not responsible for external services. The site assistant’s answers are product information, not a promise, contract term or professional advice.

Intellectual property#
All rights in Akeda ERP, its code, interfaces, texts, documentation, databases and trademarks belong to AKEDA LLC or are used lawfully. A contract grants only the rights expressly stated in it.
Liability#
AKEDA LLC takes reasonable measures to keep the Service stable and secure but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions, failures of external services or actions of third parties such as banks, marketplaces and e-document operators.
Changes#
AKEDA LLC may change these Terms. The current version is published on this page with its number and date.
