You know the real profit of every item on the platform
A platform transfers something other than what the buyer paid: commission, logistics, advertising, returns and penalties sit in between. This section puts both sides next to each other and shows what made up the gap — per item, not as one monthly figure.
The Marketplaces section of Akeda ERP brings Ozon, Wildberries and Yandex Market into one place: orders, stock, prices, listing funnel and money. Product cost is maintained by the client and stored with a start date. Profit is calculated per item after commission, logistics, advertising and returns, and the breakdown shows what made up the gap between the buyer's price and the platform payout. Revenue is recognised by the sale and goes into the profit report, while the platform payout arrives separately in cash movement.

01Who gets what
For the owner
Turnover grows, money arrives, and profit stays unclear: the platform sent a sum, and what it is made of is a riddle.
Profit per item after every deduction, and the gap between the buyer's price and the payout explained.
For the marketplace manager
Three seller accounts, three exports and a spreadsheet to merge by hand every week.
Orders, stock, prices and funnel of three platforms side by side, in the same metrics.
For the finance lead
Platform payouts arrive as a single line and match neither the sales nor the profit report.
Revenue is recognised by the sale, the payout arrives separately and splits into deduction items.

06Questions
Marketplaces
Which marketplaces are supported?
Ozon, Wildberries and Yandex Market. Stores are connected to your account, and platform facts are available only to the account that owns the store.
Does this replace the seller account on the platform?
No. The section reads platform data and works out the economics behind it. Listings, prices and supplies are edited in the seller account, while here you see what came out of it in money.
Why does profit not match the sum the platform transferred?
Because they are different things. Revenue is recognised by the sale, while the payout arrives later and already net of commission, logistics, advertising, returns and penalties. The section shows both sides and the gap between them.
Where does product cost come from?
You maintain it: a rate is set per item and stored with the date it starts from. A change in purchase price therefore does not rewrite the profit of past periods.
Can platforms be compared with each other?
Yes, the metrics are the same for all three: orders, stock, prices, funnel and profit per item. No manual merging of exports.
